Came here because of all the great reviews, but unfortunately my experience was more than disappointing. When I walked in, no one greeted me, and I waited a couple of minutes before someone finally came from the back. Before I could even explain what type of massage service I was looking for, the woman looked at me up and down, proceeds to cut me off mid-sentence and tells me, “No, I don’t have time.” The interaction came across very rude and extremely unprofessional. I chose not to argue and simply left. The interaction made me so uncomfortable .

Came in with tight shoulders and the massage helped way more than I expected. The therapist was professional and friendly, and the whole experience felt comfortable and relaxing!
